We strive to provide superior craftsmanship and your warranty exceeds industry standards. We want you to be 100% satisfied with choosing Peaceyard. Nevertheless, if the unforeseen happens, we do offer full refund (we would obviously like you to first give us a chance to set things straight).

General refund reasons

When you receive your product

It is important that you inspect the shipment before signing off the delivery with the carrier. If packaging is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and document the shipment condition with photos. Contact us and include all images and any notes you may have of the damaged shipment.

If no obvious damage is seen on the packaging, please make sure there is no internal damage before accepting delivery. Once the shipment has been signed off, it is usually much harder to claim damage with the carrier – but things happen and if that’s the case we need to be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the shipment. Please contact us and Include pictures of the packaging before it was opened, the inside of the packaging and the damages to the products.

Other defects or errors with your order

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product if you receive a faulty product or or one that deviate from what was ordered.

Returns

If for any above reason you are not satisfied with your product, contact us before returning it. If the product is defective at arrival, please take pictures of packaging material and document any damage. Please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Do not send the product back without first being in touch with us. If nothing can be done to resolve the issue, we will issue a RMA number and send you shipping instructions accompanied with a shipping label.

Other reasons for returns

Peaceyard offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are proud of our craftsmanship and stand by our industry leading engineering and graphics transfer technology. If you are not happy with your received product, we urge you to contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We can either try and solve your concern or start a return process. Keep in mind that all ordered headstones are personalized. Your proof copy is what you see on your screen when you order it. Once your order was placed, you received a full order confirmation with a proof of your design as well. Should you choose to return your personalized product, please contact us for a return authorization and instructions on how to return your product. For reasons outside of damages, defects or errors in our production process; we offer full refunds, less shipping and a 25% processing fee (original customization, restocking, labor and removal of customization).
